Small Giants Academy Internship Program
About the position
The Small Giants Academy Internship program aims to expose young (or not so young), dynamic leaders to the Small Giants philosophy, instilling in them the trust and confidence to be innovative systems thinkers and change-makers who seek to improve the world around them.
The internship program is part educational, part work. Interns will develop multiple skills and a deep understanding of the way Small Giants Academy operates, with significant exposure to our Programs and Community events. Interns will also experience the Small Giants induction program learning about enlightened hospitality, decision making, culture and purpose. The internship is a voluntary experience with a significant focus on active learning and development, however, a small stipend is provided to cover basic travel and food costs.
During this internship you will work across multiple area of the organisation, including our educational programs, community events, storytelling content and action labs.
Throughout the internship you will develop your skills and experience in the following areas:
