Program Producer

About the position

We're looking for an exceptional, motivated and impact-driven Program Producer to join the team responsible for the development and delivery of the Academy's leadership program for systems change - the Mastery of Systems Leadership. This role is about more than production; it's about creating the conditions for profound learning and transformation. You'll help create experiences that develop leaders with both the inner capacity and practical tools needed to address our world's most pressing challenges.

You’re self-motivated, creative, collaborative, and highly organised, taking ownership of a range of operational, production, content and communication, hosting, research, programming and partnership activities. From maintaining a production calendar to contracting speakers and facilitators to managing production budgets, and coordinating marketing and partnerships, you'll ensure what we call "enlightened hospitality" throughout the participant journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program production and planning from conception to evaluation 
  • Contribute to the conception and creation of program content, including learning outcomes
  • Manage overall program project timeline and budget
  • Hold and deliver key messages and communication both within the program and externally  
  • Manage contracting of key contributors such as guides and speakers
  • Coordinate advisory group, teaching guides, speakers, presenters  
  • Support partnerships and participant journeys
  • Plan and coordinate resources for each program retreat and module  
  • Onboard program participants  
  • Event management and supporting community engagement
  • Hosting of virtual and in person programs (zoom and, primarily, at The White House in Melbourne)  
  • Work collaboratively with a larger team that is delivering events and programs 
  • Communication regarding the program across the Academy

The Mastery of Systems Leadership is a 10 month intensive program with a cohort of 40 plus participants from across the globe.

Location

A preference for Melbourne based applicants as we are headquartered in St Kilda, Melbourne.

Structure

Reports to Head of Mastery of Systems Leadership with collaboration across the SGA team.

Working Hours

This is a 4-5 day a week position that requires flexibility as our programs are often held outside of usual business hours (in the evenings).
