Program Producer
About the position
Small Giants Academy is seeking an exceptional, motivated and impact-driven Program Producer to join our growing team. This role is central to the development and delivery of our flagship program, the Mastery of Business and Empathy (MBE) – a 10-month leadership journey reinventing the MBA for the Next Economy. More than 180 participants from around the world have taken part in MBE to date, creating ripples of positive impact across sectors. Business is evolving rapidly, and leaders are being asked to rethink how organisations operate, create value, and contribute positively to society.
The MBE equips leaders with the skills, empathy, and systems thinking needed to navigate this change while leading purpose-driven organisations. The Program Producer is the champion of the MBE, ensuring a smooth program delivery and outstanding participant experience. You will coordinate program operations, content, partnerships, sales, and communications, weaving together every detail to create a transformative learning journey woven with what we call enlightened hospitality.
This is a key role at the heart of a movement for purpose-driven leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee program production, timelines and budgets
- Coordinate guides, speakers, facilitators and partners
- Support content design, marketing and participant journeys
- Lead program sales and partnership engagement
- Host and manage in person and online retreats, online modules and community events
- Lead other priority initiatives and programs

Location
Headquartered in St Kilda, Melbourne. A hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home for 2 days per week.
Required Skills and Background
- Operations/project management experience, including management of budgets and contracting
- Ability to plan and execute events and craft considered, meaningful experiences forparticipants
- Ability to lead program recruitment cycles, including sales calls and participantonboarding
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated interest in Small Giants Academy philosophy and values
- Demonstrated interest in purpose-driven work and the evolving role of business in society
- Comfort and ability to work in an online environment (programs are primarily delivered virtually)
- Ability to work cross functionally in teams to achieve a shared goal
